éjeuner sur l’ombre s’appuie sur la critique d’un paradis fantasmé incarné par les jardins et les parcs urbains en tant que fragments de nature artificielle et recréée. En s’appropriant les qualités plastiques et spatiales de l’ombre comme phénomène naturel, le projet propose une alternative à l’intrusion de l’artificiel dans un « ordre naturel ». La production aux frontières de l’image et de l’objet constitue, telle une ombre, une surface de vie ou de repos, un territoire à investir, seul ou à plusieurs.
La surface offerte et la hauteur choisie sont une invitation à s’arrêter, s’asseoir ou s’allonger, pique-niquer… Ce qui est proposé, c’est la potentialité de déplacer les ombres pour redessiner l’organisation fonctionnelle et plastique du jardin et de s’en approprier l’usage. C'est inciter, en proposant une solution modulable, au rassemblement et au partage dans la constitution d'un territoire à investir à plusieurs. Les multiples configurations possibles, s’adaptant à diverses activités et manifestations permettent de créer du lien entre les usagers à mesure que l'arborescence se déploie.Feuille d’acier découpée au laser et thermolaquée long. 221cm x larg. 143,5cm x haut. 36cm, blanc ou anthracite

unch on the shadow is based on a critical view of an imaginary paradise embodied by urban gardens and parks as fragments of artificial and recreated nature. Appropriating the visual and spatial qualities of the shadow as a natural phenomenon, the project offers an alternative to the intrusion of the artificial in a "natural order". At the boundaries of image and object, this surface constitutes, as a shadow, an area to be used by walkers.The area available and the selected height is an invitation to stop, sit or lie down, picnic... What is proposed here is the possibility of moving these floating shadows around to enhance the garden, redesign its functional and aesthetic qualities, and put them to one’s own use. Modular solution encourages the meeting and sharing in constituting a territory to invest more.. The many possible configurations, adapting to various activities and events can create some link between users as the tree view grows.Laser cut steel sheet 221cm x 143,5cm x 36cm,
